  4. Anal Fissure. It's unbearable as i type.

Anal Fissure
I have extreme pain due to anal fissure. My doc recommended cremagel and creffamin which I am taking from last 2 days along with sitz bath. I sometimes feel the pain is reduced but then it comes back. I have a sitting job that aggrevates the pain. I don't know what I can do for immediate pain relief. It's unbearable as I type.
