I am suffering from anal fissure for one year and I underwent surgery for fissure ( fissurectomy+ lateral sphincterotomy) past eight months over but fissure is not healed and I got right buttock swelling and pain which radiates to one side of leg I cannot able to find the cause of right buttock swelling and pain
