Anal fissure
Extermly pain and sometime bleeding in on anal area at the time of passing urea. Discomfort to sit. It's happen many times before. Pleaseeee provide me solutions to completely get rid of this. I'm really tired 😩 of this. I feel like it's anal fissure, but why it happens again n again, is that possible it will be anal cancer.
