I hope your symptoms are not due to Pinworms.
Do the following
1. Take Mebendazole 100mg once a day with food for 5 days.
2. Blood tests- CBP and HbA1C
All the best.

Hi. Hey! This could be due to poor gut health as antibiotics tend to eliminate essential gut bacteria too while dealing with the infection. Do not wipe the area after passing stools. Use plain water. Wear dry clean undergarments. Apply petroleum jelly after every bowel movement. Add curd, banana and yogurt to your diet.
If the itch is still intense, it could be a fungal infection.
Do you feel pain while defecating? Could be anal fissures too. It might require rectal examination followed by stool test for presence of pinworms.
Next Steps
Since you’ve already been taking anovate, it didn’t help much. The next course of action would be to visit a doctor, get DRE done and proceed further.
