Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I understand that the fact you’re not able to control yourself is making you feel helpless. Addictions are a result of some trauma that we are hiding in our subconscious and trying to fill that emptiness by addicting ourselves to these highs that we feel through addiction. We will have to work on the inner hole to ensure you are filled from inside rather than these coping mechanisms which are addictive in nature. You’re doing fine!

Hi... Please share your financial condition with your immediate family (parents). Lot of young adults get into substance abuse and gambling trying to find a temporary relief/escape from their immediate reality which doesn't reflect the way they have perceived it long back as a child or an adolescent. They usually fall into this trap of debt beyond their assets. Only your parents will be in a position to help you out financially. So don't hesitate and seek help. This debt (especially credit card) is usually cumulative, so longer you wait more money you will need to pay. I have seen many people getting into and out of this situation. So please keep faith in your family and share it with them, no matter how bad it is.
