The whole point of losing weight is to never gain it back again. The simplest and the easiest way to lose weight is by EAT-ing. Eat right, eat everything in moderation, Workout, sleep well and Think good thoughts.. Any other shortcut will only lead to short term weight loss & will lead to weight gain once you stop.
Next Steps

Weight loss will happen once you eat more.  Yes it may sound strange but small six meals daily will activate your metabolism. The choice of food has to be smart. Herbal life products or coriander are helpful but can cause severe nutritional deficiency. Include nuts fresh fruits  curd salad  soybean in your diet.  Take lots of water avoid proceesed carbohydrates salt and sugar  Homoeopathic medicines will be excellent in not only making u loose weight  activating metabolism but also giving permanent results

Weight loss is a three fold program...diet...exercise....and lastly medicines... So plan your diet....Always check on What you eat rather than How much you eat....like in evening snack if you are having a wada or samosa...may be only one...yet it will add significant calorie to your daily intake...else if you have pop corn or puffed rice ( murmura)...that's light in weight & calories...it will be good.... Exercise is must ....it will help you burn your fats and also maintain the list or targeted weight....the exercise must be done aerobic exercise...like walking, hogging, swimming....etc...if you take up walking...please note the pace has to be brisk...say abt 4km walk at a speed of 1km in 9mins....only then can the stored fat get burned. Lastly medicines.....Homoeopathy medicines selected on the basis of the case history...the illnesses one may have....the stress one faces...the basic constitution & nature of the patient....will definitely help garden the weight loss....
Next Steps
so start with high protein diet...watch your calorie intake...so regular exercise. ...& consult a good Homoeopath near by...
