Drinking coffee alone will not help. As the matter of fact any food/ drink alone will not help in weight loss. It should be a proper balanced diet.
Also there can be other medical issue which is responsible for weight gain.
Regular exercising, Eating at regular intervals and avoiding long gaps between the meals, Water intake of at least 2.5-3 L, Balanced diet will help you loss weight.
