Hello All , I want to burn my fat especially abdomen area and thigh areas as I feel overweight due to this . I do dance but not regularly and want to know any other treatments are there to reduce fat . Thanks in advance .

There is no treatment for weight loss,the only right way to live is the rule.Eat healthy homemade food,do regular exercise specially yoga which works magically on the core part of the body.
