I want to loose weight in 2 months my current weight is 74kg and i am 17 years old. Everytime i decide to diet i get distracted.i would like you to recommend me a good diet so i dont get distracted that the food am eating is tasteless and so there is no need of dieting. I get distracted on the either side because am addicted to spicy food.
