Weight gain
Hello I feel like I am reducing my weight every day and sometimes my stomach ache alot. I eat alot but unable to see any changes in myself. I would like to know is it because of night shift because I am doing night shift from past 2 years and I cannot see any changes in myself Can you plz suggest me something so that I could some weight??

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Yes stress could be one reason for it. Also, people suffering from worm infestation also have similar complains. Have you got your thyroid checked out? Hello.......Have high protein containing food.... Have egg, meat, fish, pulses, and foods cooked using pufa (polyunsaturated fatty acid).. It's good for health. Saturated fat is not good for health.. Exercise (gymnasium) daily in the morning.. It increases your appetite . Have more of fruits and vegetables. .
