My age is 19 years old and weight is 55-56
Recently started diet.(2days completed) this diet suggested by dietician
This is my diet provided by dietician
1x bananamilk shake (every morning)
2xboiled eggs (every morning after bananamilk shake )
3 chapti daily
3 oranges daily
2x Rice(afternoon & night)
Corn/chana/apple
Again milk at night
This food daily i eat in every 2-3 hours
But i confused because my friends told me that where is protein ? Without protein you can't gain your weight don't do this diet go to better dietician but i still following this diet please help what i do ? Or suggest me a good diet or what i need to change in this diet ? Please help thanks

Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour-Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition
