Weight gain can i do this diet ?
My age is 19 years old and weight is 55-56 Recently started diet.(2days completed) this diet suggested by dietician This is my diet provided by dietician 1x bananamilk shake (every morning) 2xboiled  eggs (every morning after bananamilk shake ) 3 chapti daily 3 oranges daily 2x Rice(afternoon & night) Corn/chana/apple Again milk at night This food daily i eat in every 2-3 hours But i confused because my friends  told me that where is protein ? Without protein you  can't gain your weight don't do this diet go to better dietician but i still following this diet please help what i do ? Or suggest me a good diet or what i need to change in this diet ? Please help thanks

Hello, Yes, protein is a bit less. No need to follow a strict diet, few basic tips will help. Losing weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour-Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

Hello Right there very less protein and you want to gain weight diet is not as per that And before taking any diet from dietician check her credentials is she qualified dietician or not Always take diet from qualified dietician
