At this age sedantary life is not advisable.. You must keep your body fit with regular physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily in the morning. Is your BMI in the normal range.  Have a balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water on regular basis.

Did you get your Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels checked? As you said you have a sedentary lifestyle, a routine exercise and healthy, balanced diet will put you back on track.
