Recovering from post Typhoid weakness needs dedicated work. Your B12 levels are worryingly low. That will prolong that weak, tingling feeling, also keep immunity low.
Next Steps
With those B12 levels I'd say please take Inj Methylcobalmine once a week for at least 3 weeks. continue to take Tab Supradyn or Nurokind OD( not both) once a day after breakfast for 2 months. You will see a palpable difference  in about 2 weeks.
Health Tips
Benefits of Nutrition and Hydration cannot be replaced by Medicine- Thumb rule. You should also consider taking a vaccine against Typhoid. Typhoid can happen again since it's a water and food borne issue.

After typhoid fever, even after completing the treatment, it is common to feel general weakness and tiredness. This can be due to nutritional deficiencies, including low Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels. Your Vitamin B12 level is very low. You can take Supradyn, but it alone may not be sufficient in your case. You should visit our clinic so we can take a detailed history and perform a proper examination. If required, we will advise blood investigations, and based on the results, we will recommend appropriate medication, diet, and exercise.

Yes, you can take Supradyn with Nurokind OD. Post typhoid weakness is common, but since you have tingling and imbalance, it’s better to evaluate. I would suggest CBC, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, electrolytes, thyroid profile (TSH), and fasting sugar. Meanwhile take good nutrition, hydrate well, and do gradual activity. You can book a consultation I’ll guide you step by step.

Yes, you can but for faster recovery go for b12 injection. Because its too low that's why you feel classical b12 deficiency symptoms.

Hello. I have reviewed your concern and your lab result. It is very common to feel weak after a Typhoid infection, as the illness takes a significant toll on the body. However, your Vitamin B12 level of 97 pg/mL is quite low and is likely the main cause of your tingling sensations ("pins and needles") and the feeling of imbalance while walking. Regarding Your Medications Supradyn and Nurokind OD: Yes, you can take these together. Supradyn is a multivitamin that helps with overall recovery and general weakness. Nurokind OD contains Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), which is exactly what you need to address the nerve-related symptoms (tingling and imbalance). Recommendation: Take these after a meal to improve absorption and reduce any stomach upset. Tips for Fast Recovery Protein-Rich Diet: Since you are recovering from Typhoid, your body needs protein to repair tissues. Include more paneer, pulses (dals), eggs, or lean meats in your diet. Hydration: Continue to drink plenty of fluids (coconut water, ORS or plain water) to maintain your energy levels. Gradual Activity: Do not force yourself to take long walks yet. Your imbalance is a sign that your nerves need time to heal. Increase your activity slowly as your B12 levels improve. B12 Rich Foods: If you are vegetarian, increase your intake of milk, curd, and fortified cereals. If you eat non-vegetarian food, eggs and fish are excellent sources. Important Note Given that your B12 level is very low (97 pg/mL), oral tablets like Nurokind OD might take some time to show results. You should consult your local doctor to see if a short course of Vitamin B12 injections is necessary to bring your levels up more quickly, which often helps resolve the "tingling" and "imbalance" faster than tablets alone.

Recovering from Typhoid can be physically draining, but your primary issue right now is a severe Vitamin B12 deficiency (97 pg/mL). A normal B12 level should ideally be above 300; at 97, your nerves and red blood cells are not functioning optimally. This explains the 'imbalance while walking' and the 'tingling in hands and legs' (Peripheral Neuropathy) you are experiencing. While Typhoid caused the initial weakness, this extreme B12 deficiency is what is making a simple 2-5 minute walk feel exhausting
Next Steps
Nerve Health: Vitamin B12 is essential for the protective coating of your nerves. When it's this low, the 'tingling' and 'imbalance' are signs that your nerves are struggling to send signals correctly. Post-Typhoid Recovery: Typhoid is a systemic infection that affects gut absorption. It is very likely that the infection further depleted your already low vitamin stores. Anemia Link: B12 is crucial for red blood cell production. Low levels lead to Megaloblastic Anemia, which is why you feel tired and weak even after short periods of exertion.

Yes — you can take Supradyn together with Nurokind OD. There is no harmful interaction between them, and in your situation they can actually complement each other. Because, Your symptoms: Weakness, easy fatigue (even after 2–5 min walk), Tingling in hands/legs, Imbalance while walking, Post-typhoid recovery These suggest: Post-infectious weakness Possible Vitamin B12 deficiency / neuropathy General nutritional depletion So,  Nurokind OD (B12) helps: Nerve recovery, Reduces tingling & imbalance and Supradyn (multivitamin) helps: Improves energy levels, Replenishes vitamins lost during illness.
Next Steps
Important things you should NOT ignore Your symptoms (especially imbalance + tingling) are significant. Don’t just rely on supplements. You should get checked for: Serum Vitamin B12 level CBC (to rule out anemia) Electrolytes Possibly nerve involvement if imbalance persists.
Health Tips
consult a doctor urgently if, Difficulty walking worsening, Severe imbalance / tendency to fall, Numbness spreading rapidly and Vision issues or confusion. For faster recovery High-protein diet (eggs, dal, paneer) B12-rich foods (milk, eggs, meat) Stay hydrated Gradually increase activity (don’t push too fast)

Your Vitamin B12 level appears to be low and should be corrected. For faster improvement, Vitamin B12 injections can be considered under medical supervision. After correction, maintaining adequate levels through diet and lifestyle is important. If you are vegetarian, include milk and milk products like curd and buttermilk. If you are non-vegetarian, eggs and fish are good sources of Vitamin B12. Weakness after Typhoid fever is quite common and may take some time to recover. Ensure proper hydration, adequate nutrition, and sufficient rest. It is advisable to consult a physician for a detailed evaluation and appropriate management.
