Weakness and Fever

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Fever around 99 to 100 2 times daily, Feeling weakness very much. Eyes and forehead are very heavy specially in morning time. Anxiety is there . I have been suffering from L5-1S Disc slip problem from the very start of this Year. Along with this I had a surgery in March 2017 regarding septum and Sinus.

For fever take tab dolo 650mg twice a day along with tab pan 40mg once a day before food adequate oral fluids and stay hydrated. For anxiety have to found the cause and rule out. Take supplements like tab multigates multi once a day for 1 month.
