Probably the healing has cause a scar or is causing vocal cord bowing. This is leading to a Phonatory gap which makes the voice a bit husky and causes vocal fatigue. You need a proper Stroboscopy for analysis and the treatment accordingly. Dr. Sachin Goel Ent and Voice Surgeon.
