Vocal cord swelling chronic laryngitis
I m 24 yrs old female i have laryngitis with husky and tired voice since 10 months can i do subvocalization will it vibrate my vocal cords bcz i want to do 5k affirmations daily so if i do it in my mind by subvocalization will it vibrate my vocal cords and will affect my voice rest plz clear my doubt

For voice to be produced vocal cords has to vibrate. Get a VLS examination if its a nodule then give voice rest for 1 week ,Get speech therapy and follow
If other cause then will be treated accordingly
