Vitamin D3 & Vitamin B12 problem
From 2month's I am taking everyday ultra D3 2000ui tablet but still vitamin levels has increased only from 26.6 to 27.6 and vitamin b12 range is 137 and also I am getting leg pains a lot if I walk half km. Every day I am taking milk and egg without fail Please help me out with a solution to overcome with my vitamin problems

Hi, You can try injectable treatment if you have symptoms But you should also know that It takes time to replenish the stores of vitamin in body At least give 3 months try Also do not stress on it. You are doing your part by taking your supplements Checking your vitamin levels Rest assured
