Vitamin D low
My vitamin D is low, I have attached my recent blood reports. I often experience muscle pain in the night. Is it because of low vitamin D level?

You have a deficiency of vitamin d and your CBC result is normal.Muscle pain could be due to vitamin d deficiency. There are other causes of night time muscles pain notably mineral and nutrient deficiencies like magnesium.Start with vitamin d 60000 iu weekly once for atleast 10 weeks .
