I had palipetation issues around September'24 I started having suppliments like vitamin D, probiotics, magnesium Today I'm much better though not at the best physique yet. Like I still get a lot of gas issues currently to a level that it scares as it resolved around chest. I'm able to sleep much better than before and have more energy I get fatigued easily and gas is still a lot but yes much controlled than before. Earlier i had to eat PanD every alternative day. Now i eat it once or twice a week if i need it. Sleep it way better but not the best quality yet My hands i feel do shake at time and i feel weakness I do get fatigue a lot if i workout aggressively .
