Vitamin D and B12
Good Morning Doctors, I have done my annual health checkup and found that my vitamin D is 23.78 and Vitamin B12 is 78.How to increase the this level.Please suggest food and any supplements.

Vitamin B12 is too low. Vitamin D is borderline low. Need to take supplements. Also whether you’re a vegetarian or mixed diet.
