VITAMIN D & B12 INSUFFICIENCY
1. Suggest me medicine and DIET. 2. As from 6 months am vegetarian + egg. Should i start eating NON VEG or just relly on MEDICINES to make my VITAMINS LEVELS NORMAL?

I would suggest you to have more exposure to sun and consume more dairy products and egg. Include more fresh items like fruit and vegetables which can be consumed raw. There is no need to panic, as Indian population is generally deficient on Vitamin D without any symptoms. A simple multivitamin containing Both Vit D and B would be nice. I would suggest Tablet Supradyn once daily early in the morning for one month. It costs as minimal as Rs 2 per tablet.
