Vitamin b12
I have tested and find vitamin b12 level 118.30 and vitamin d level 22.52.
As prescribed I am taking
A. For vit b12= nurokind od tablet - one daily for a week
B. For vit d= kingrise d360000 IU capsule - one a week after food for 7 weeks.
I want to ask about should I repeat nurokind . I completed one week course. And same for kingrise.
