Vitamin B12&D
Vitamin B12 level is 114 and vitamin D is 16.43.I came to know that vit B12 is low level i wanted to know about vit D.If this is also less then what should i do to increase the levels. this can be treated easily or it will take long time

Hello, Plenty of green veggies, seasonal FRUITS,to be taken in abundance for b.com. Milk n milk products, sitting in sunlight are benificial for VIT D3. Could need substitute in proper amount INJ for b.com, ora/INJ for VIT D 3. I Know but put problem is it is a free open site strictly instruted not to write any medicine or PRESCRIPTION even they punished by bycot the queries from my site so helpless.
