Vitamin B deficiency
My mother had Bells palsy last year. Even now sometimes she feels numb on right side of the face. She is having Diabetes from last 10 years and taking istamet 50/500 morning and night. Pls suggest can she take neurobion for better health?? What shall be the dose? Any other advice??

Monitor sugar levels at least 2 monthly by doing FBS, PPBS. Do HbA1C once in 6 months. Keep a Glucometer at home.
