I have viral fever with weakness, whole body pain. headache, skin itching ,body pain ,cold and sore throght from last 2 days, please suggest medicine

Viral fever it goes spontaneously if fever is high take tab dolo 650mg whenever it is. Use hot water for drinking purpose. Avoid cold exposure and practice hand hygiene. For cold take some cough syp like ascoril 2tsp two times a day.
