Very high fever

Asked for Male, 25 Years

From three days very high fever, cough and cold. Body pain is also there from past three days. While sleeping at night temperature rises too much and body pain also.Took some paracetamol and cough syrup but nothing is working out.

It seems like a viral fever/ flu. You should continue paracetamol 500mg thrice daily, steam inhalation. Tab montair LC once daily, Syp. Brozeedex 1 TSF thrice daily. You may also require antibiotics if it persists. You should also get few investigations done.. complete blood count, dengue NS1 Antigen.
