Namastey Your symptoms clearly show a combined Vata–Pitta imbalance—where Pitta is causing sensitivity (loose motions, skin redness, intolerance to spicy food) and Vata is causing dryness, low appetite tolerance, and poor stool formation. This is why even healthy foods like moong dal feel too drying and heavy for you right now. The key is not to strongly stimulate digestion or over-restrict, but to gently stabilize Agni while providing mild nourishment and lubrication. Avoid very heating herbs for now (like strong deepan-pachan), and instead focus on mridu (gentle), snigdha (unctuous), and sheetal (cooling but not cold) approaches to balance both doshas together.
Next Steps
Your body is in a sensitive phase—once you stabilize digestion gently, both gut and skin will gradually settle without needing aggressive treatment. Connect to us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5, for proper treatment guidelines, your customized dietary and lifestyle changes. Shift your diet to soft, warm, slightly unctuous meals—like thin moong khichdi with a little ghee, soft rice with well-cooked vegetables (lauki, tori, pumpkin), and avoid both extremes (very spicy or very dry foods). You can take mild formulations like Shatavari (for Pitta soothing + nourishment) and Avipattikar Churna in small doses if acidity is present, but avoid overuse. For bowel stability, very gentle grahi support like pomegranate (dadima) can help instead of strong medicines. Eat small, frequent meals instead of forcing large portions, and do not eat when you already feel full quickly—this respects your current Agni state.
Health Tips
To balance both Vata and Pitta without gaining excess weight, focus on quality over quantity—add a small amount of ghee (it won’t cause weight gain in small amounts but will reduce dryness), stay hydrated with warm or room-temperature water (not cold), and include calming drinks like fennel or coriander water. Avoid raw salads, packaged foods, excess tea/coffee, and long gaps between meals. For skin, internal balance is key, but you can also apply gentle aloe vera gel for soothing. Maintain a regular routine and avoid stress, as it directly disturbs both doshas. Thank You

“Your symptoms indicate combined Vata-Pitta imbalance affecting digestion and skin sensitivity. Avoid spicy, very dry and light foods. Focus on warm, mildly unctuous, easily digestible diet which soothes both doshas without causing weight gain. This needs a balanced approach rather than single remedies. Please consult me so I can assess your condition and guide a proper diet and treatment plan.”
