Asked for Female, 34 Years

Can USG detect breast cancer? Or any First sign of breast cancer? Especially for women under 40? Can any kind of milk ducts prob or carcinoma can be detected in a USG or any kind of abnormality which may be a first sign of breast cancer can be detected in USG? Or MRI is better? If not Preferring mammogram?
