Hello, It is possible that your breast pain is cyclical that is it comes and goes with your menses. It is usually the case with lots of women. Try taking Tab. Primrosa 500 mg once daily at night for a month. Do let me know how you fell after that. Otherwise we can go for detailed consultation.

Your reports are reassuring. BI-RADS 1 now means normal breasts. Pain with normal imaging is very common and not cancer-related. Burning sensation with breathing and stress suggests muscle pain, acidity, or anxiety-related chest discomfort rather than breast disease. If further evaluation needed contact me on seven 0 seven0 seven 4seven 5 seven 6
Next Steps
• Reassurance – no further breast tests needed now • Simple pain relief if required • Manage stress, sleep well • If pain is cyclical, track with periods
Health Tips
• New lump, nipple discharge, skin changes • Persistent severe pain not improving in 2–3 months • Breathlessness, fever, or chest pain worsening
