Hello, With the mentioned complaints of pain in left breast and left shoulder, it is important to know the - Duration of pain, if it's the pain from the breast or chest going towards the shoulder, or both are vauge and separate from each other -Any recent heavy weight lifting or trauma at those sites -Any complaints of dyspepsia/ indigestion/ burning senstaion in the chest or stomach region -Any complaints of fast heartbeat, any previous similar complaints.
