Breast pain coming back after 2 months, even with a normal mammogram, is very common and in most young females it’s related to:
• Hormonal fluctuations
• Mild muscle strain
• Caffeine intake
• Stress
• Cyclical breast tenderness
Since your daughter’s previous mammography was normal and she has no new symptoms, no lump, no discharge, no skin changes, this does not automatically require repeating imaging so soon.
But the reason for the pain can only be understood properly with a short clinical review whether the pain is cyclical, focal, muscular, or glandular.
Different causes have different treatments, so general advice won’t solve it.

At this age sometimes tenderness I breast is normal. It may be due to some trauma or tight clothing or associated with pre menstruation.
So there is nothing to worry about.
