Why Google shows, that you have to ask Google. Why u consulted Google instead of doctor. Either believe Google or doctor.

Breast pain (called mastalgia) is very common and almost never a sign of breast cancer—especially when the mammogram is normal, no lump or cyst is found, and the gynecologist says everything is fine. Most breast pain is caused by hormones (cyclical pain linked to periods), muscle strain, or other harmless reasons. Google often shows scary info about seeing a breast surgeon because people search when worried, but guidelines say isolated breast pain with normal exam and imaging usually does not need a breast surgeon referral right away. The medicine your gynecologist gave is the right first step.
Next Steps
• Follow the medicine and advice from your gynecologist—give it time (often 1-3 months) to see if pain improves. • Keep a simple pain diary: note when pain happens, how bad it is, and if it links to periods—this helps understand if it’s cyclical. • You probably do NOT need to see a breast surgeon now, unless: pain gets much worse, doesn’t improve after treatment, becomes only in one small spot (focal), or new symptoms appear (like lump, redness, discharge). • If pain affects daily life/sleep a lot after 3 months of treatment, then consider specialist referral for more options (not for cancer worry).
Health Tips
• Wear a well-fitted bra (even soft one at night) to reduce movement pain. • Try warm/cold compresses or gentle massage. • Cut down on caffeine, wear loose clothes, and take over-the-counter pain relief like ibuprofen if okay with your doctor. • Stay calm—most cases get better with time and simple changes. For more personalized guidance based on her age, exact pain type, and full history, please consult with me online. I can help explain more or decide if extra check is needed. Take care!
