Does ultrasound abdomen help in diagnosing ibd?
And can it rule out ibd? Wanted to know cause my usg and blood tests are normal yet my mushy stool has no reason. Please let me know

USG is not a definitive investigation for IBD. U may require to get an endoscopy done.
But before it, i would like to know your complete history, such your diet, your routine, everything. To rule out certain problems.
Next Steps
Tablet ivermectin 12mg may help you get rid of parasitic infection if any present. And then the other evaluation can be done.
