Hi it may be represents ??upper resp infec so follow this advice and do share the pic of ulcer
TAB. AMOXYCLAV 325mg twice a day for 5 days
TAB. Dolo 650mg acc to temperature (sos)
Syrup.PHENSEDYL DX 10 ml three times a day for 5 days
Zytee mouth gel apply on ulcer on visible part
Tab Riboflavin Twice a day for 5 days
Get some blood test lyk cbc and esr get done...
