Typhoid issue
Sir/mam 10 days back  recently i have tested positive for typhoid but i dnt have fever symptom is only weakness and vomiting and gastric issue like my typhi dot igm is positive only and my titre is little bit high. I m sharing my reports with you. I have taken DOXCEF O for 10 days and taken typhoid vaccine. But i still feel like vomiting whatever i eat. First time in life i have got typhoid but someone was saying it has become chronic carrier for like is it some serious issue or it can be cured. I am having leg pain and having weakness. How much time it will take. Is it became chronic for me i am attaching my report

Hi, it’s your first episode., so it’s not chronic. Fever subsiding is a sign of recovery. Gastritis symptoms may be because of the antibiotics,. Take adequate rest, eat soft diet ( no oily foods for next 2 weeks) , plenty of water. Leg pain could be due to dehydration. Weakness will take few days to go away.

Repeat Widal, do LFT test. Tab. Pantocid DSR once a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
