Hello... Diagnosing Typhoid fever or Enteric fever requires experienced laboratory support. The results of antibody essays need to be interpreted carefully before lebelling them as clinically significant.Rising anyobody titres are more diagnostic than one value. There is also important role of epidemiology ie level of Typhoid antibodies in surrounding population.As you are saying you have taken all drugs and still you have symptoms then you have to undergo thorough evaluation further to arrive at proper diagnosis and guide the treatment accordingly.
