Ultracet is a combination of Tramadol, a painkiller and half dose Paracetamol, a fever medicine. Please stop Ultracet immediately. Take a Dolo 650mg 4times a day instead. 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 9pm after food (atleast not on an empty stomach) Since you have already started both the antibiotics and you have been taking them for 3-4 days, better to continue and finish the full course, to prevent antibiotic resistance.
Health Tips
Take soft diet and oral Fluids in plenty- Have a speedy recovery. God bless
