Typhoid and high infection in blood

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I diagnosed with typhoid and high infection in blood ( total leucocyte count 17800), and I concerned 2 doctors because I moved 2 places in between the symptoms. Right now they prescribed the medication, I just want to know which will help to reduce tlc and typhoid quickly. Medication by first doctor : injection monocef 500 twice a day , tab azee 500 one par day. Medication by second doctor : tab amoxyclav 625 thrice a day, tab aziford 500 once a day .
