Hi, My TSH in latest report is showing 8.5 . I had antibiotics for more than 20 days fo blood in mucus as advised by ENT. In my previous test in Aug TSH was normal. Could antibiotics be a reason for high TSH. How to control it.? No as such symtoms other than hairfall.

Antibiotics do not alter TSH . As it was with in normal range recently you can repeat the same after 6 months.Get T3&T4 along with TSH next time. No active intervention except recording your body weight once a month.
