Hi Doctor,
I have been diagnosed with a high level of TSH which is 45.37 and T3,T4 both are low respectively.
Could you please advise what food I should avoid and how long it will take for the treatment. Any recommendations to whom I should contact for further treatment.
Attached my health report.

Hi,
Yes the levels are deranged. This pattern is suggestive of hypothyroidism. Can you consult with me once tomorrow
I need to figure out the extent of your disease and plan your treatment based on that. If possible, do get a baseline ECG before you consult
Thank you
Tsh is extremely high.
You need to start 150 mcg one before breakfast for two months
Add calcium as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent.
Shalcal 500 one at night. Not to stop as u need lots of follow up by MD physician or endocrinologist. 25 mcg is maintained dose very Very low.
Have you been prescribed some medication, otherwise you can start tab Eltroxin 25microgram, one daily in morning.
Foods to avoid are soya, cabbage, cauliflower. They can be taken in small quantity only and should be well cooked.
How much time it would take to recover is unpredictable .
Get repeat test done after 6 months.
You will need a long term follow up to decide about your perfect dose of Thyroid hormone.
Please consult a General Physician in your area for further management.
