Tiredness.
I always feel sleepy and tired during the day even after sleeping around 8 hrs, don't feel energetic to do any task. I also got sleep study done to check if i have sleep apnea but the test didn't show that. Its been couple of years like this.

This can be related to your diet and lifestyle. If the lifestyle is sedentary with less or no physical activity and your diet is unhealthy ( more of junk food, less of vegetables, fruits and especially lack of protein in the diet) then all this can cause tiredness. Additionally, this will lead to deficiency of various nutrients ( iron, vitamin, calcium etc) which causes further problems,
Next Steps
Check your diet and lifestyle first and if required make the required changes Then Do some basic routine blood test ( CBC, urine routine, LFT, RFT, thyroid and lipid profile)

Hi, since sleep apnea has been ruled out, the tiredness is likely due to something else. Common causes include thyroid imbalance, anemia, Vitamin B12 or D3 deficiency, or even low-grade depression or chronic fatigue. A basic blood workup (CBC, thyroid, B12, D3, blood sugar) would be a good starting point to find the root cause.
Next Steps
Feel free to consult me on Practo with your reports for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
