I feel like sleeping, and tired.
So my age is 28, I'm 5"7 feet male and a vegetarian, I'm regular to the gym taking my diet and all, but these past 1-2 months I feel tired and feel like very tired after heavy workout which didn't happened earlier. I too am loosing my hairs a bit more than usual, I am a bit scared about my low iron, or d3 or b12 deficiency. Should I go for the test? If yes what tests should I prefer. If no what should I focus on?? Or should I consult a doctor before the tests? I'm attaching the last cbc test I had in April.

Hi, Your tiredness, sleepiness and hair fall with these blood values point to low iron stores common in vegetarians.  It's reassuring that hemoglobin is still okay.  Focus on iron rich foods like spinach, lentils and vitamin C.  Feel free to consult for further guidance.
