Tiredness and Weakness
I was getting too much tiredness a 2 months back. All tests ( Hba1C, LFT, KFT, electrolytes Lipid profile, BP, ECG , Vitamin D) where normal. Vitamin B12 was 340.
Doctor told to do Vitamin B 12 again after 2 months . now it's 232. Doctor is asking to take Vitamin B 12 injections. Shall I proceed ?

This level is borderline . If you are a pure vegetarian or you have any complaints which show its nerve pain the doctor might have prescribed you the injections so it's okay to take it
