Hello doctor, I am 38 year old woman and have weight of 80 kg. With 5.3 inch hight. I recently started balance diet with 75% salad and 25% normal food. Trying to avoid
sugar and fried things and walk for 60 minutes with all other house hold work and office work (WFH). I try to wake up at 7 am in the morning and sleep at 11-11.30 pm. However, I feel very tired and my brain miss out on important work like I am forgetting things. What should I do?
