Time to take iron and cacium supplement
I m deficient In iron and CALCIUM. I have been prescribed dexorange syrup and Goldcal TABLET . I took both at night but not suit me. Please suggest how should I take it. Should I take syrup in morning and CALCIUM at night with milk or syrup after dinner and CALCIUM after half about with milk.

hello dear u can't take calcium and iron together..take calcium after lunch and iron after dinner, just before sleep. strictly not with milk

other wise take homeopathic form i.e CP 6X for calcium and FP 6X for iron
