Firstly get a Cbc, serum vitamin D , B12 levels test done. Based on the hb levels, mcv, mch, mchc only we can determine if at all its iron deficiency. It can be vitamin D deficiency that’s causing weakness, fatigue as well If both these come out normal, possibly other multivitamin deficiency which can be improved by diet.
Next Steps
For Vitamin D deficiency- Tab. Ca+vitD3 OD* 15days or Vit D 3 60000IU once a week for 4weeks For iron deficiency / B12 deficiency kindly consult me

Get basic blood tests (CBC, electrolytes, thyroid, sugar, calcium, vitamin D, B12, iron). Check blood pressure and blood sugar. Make sure you’re hydrated and eating enough. If your blood test shows you have iron deficiency, the usual treatment is to take iron tablets. Most people take one tablet once or twice a day. You swallow it with a glass of water or orange juice on an empty stomach if possible, because that helps your body absorb it better. Don’t take tea, coffee or milk at the same time because they block the iron. Keep taking the tablets for at least three months after your blood becomes normal so that your body’s iron stores get filled up. If tablets upset your stomach, the therapy is then  change to iron injection.

As per the symptoms described probable cause can be 1. Iron deficiency anemia 2. Electrolyte imbalance (low magnesium, calcium, potassium) 3. Vitamin D deficiency 4. Restless Leg Syndrome (can be related to iron deficiency) etc.
Next Steps
Initial steps(diagnostic): . Get blood tests done: CBC, serum ferritin, iron studies (serum iron, TIBC), vitamin B12, folate, calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, thyroid function. . Rule out other systemic causes of fatigue (thyroid disorder, diabetes). For treatment - (if iron deficiency confirmed) - Start on iron therapy (after confirming deficiency), hydrate well, gentle stretches at night. - Nutrition correction with iron-rich diet + vitamin C. - Treat underlying cause of deficiency (heavy periods, GI blood loss, poor diet).
Health Tips
For iron deficiency anemia - 1. After correcting the haemoglobin level keep in mind to replenish stores but don't overload. 2. Many patients can be intolerant to oral therapy. 3.Avoid inhibitors around iron intake: tea, coffee, high-calcium foods.

Your symptoms do sound consistent with iron deficiency, but weakness and leg cramps at night can also be linked to other causes like vitamin D or B12 deficiency, thyroid issues, or electrolyte imbalance. Iron tablets are commonly prescribed, but the exact type, dose, and duration depend on your blood reports.
Next Steps
The best step would be to first get a simple blood test (hemoglobin, serum ferritin, vitamin B12, vitamin D, thyroid profile). Once we know the actual deficiency, the treatment can be tailored to your needs. Starting iron without tests may not solve the problem fully and could even cause side effects like acidity or constipation. If you share your reports with me on Practo, I can guide you with the right medicine and dose.
Health Tips
Eat iron-rich foods like green leafy vegetables, jaggery, dates, and pomegranate, and take them with vitamin C-rich foods (like lemon) to improve absorption. Avoid tea or coffee immediately after meals. Do not self-medicate with iron supplements until your levels are checked, as unnecessary intake may harm your liver and gut.

1. Your symptoms do suggest iron deficiency, but it’s important to confirm the cause with simple blood tests (like CBC and iron profile). 2. Treatment usually involves iron supplementation along with dietary changes — but the exact type and dose of medicine depend on your test results and overall health. 3. Alongside, including iron-rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, jaggery, dates, pomegranate, and pulses can be helpful.
Next Steps
To choose the right iron preparation and dosage for you (to avoid side effects and get effective results), I’d recommend a brief consultation after your reports.
