Thyroid & Vitamin D & B12 deficiency
Am having thyroid 10+ am using homeopathy medication may be with less mcg since Dec 2022. I increased my weight upto 10 kgs after getting thyroid. Do I need to worry about this thyroid? Can it become normal. Can I stop the homeopathy medication once the thyroid is back to normal? Am having Vitamin D deficiency with 14 count and I had weekly medicine for 8 weeks and stopped. Will the count come to 30 and normal. For your info am under sun for 15 mins daily. Vitamin B12 deficiency with 70 count and had weekly injection for 6 weeks and stopped. Will the count become normal? Do I need to worry for all the above things? Please clear my doubts. Thank you

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start
Next Steps
I don't have any knowledge about homeopathic  medicine that how it work so you should ask about that from the concern doctor. According to allopathy rule thyroid disease like hypothyroidism need medicine to control and maintain  the value of tsh ,t3, and t4 and tapering of dose depend on the value of TSH and  closing of thyroid medicine is not easy so don't close itself . For Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D level take medicine until they become not normal.
Health Tips
Please follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty food and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation.

Better to  check your levels to see if you need further b12 or vit d supplements. .in allopathy thyroid medication usually has to be taken for life.
