Your throat might have congested, Drink warm water, Do warm salt water gargling at least 3 times a day,Drink turmeric and pepper milk at night. Avoid cold items. Have Bland diet if you are suffering from Gastritis previously, it might be the reason. If so have Any Antacid syrup or gel. Have food at time. Do not skip meals.
