Thin skin, dry, dandruff, ageing

Hi, My skins are very thin, dry and it's look like burnt skin. I feel very uncomfortable and low confidence. In summer skins become normal but when winter come I face those problems. Somehow applying Gylicirine sometime help me temporary but I want permanent solution. Thank you
