Hair thinning
Hi I am 27 years old female. My height is 160 cm and weight is 55 kgs. I work as a police officer. I used to have healthy thick hair. But recently I am facing hair thinning and hair fall more than before.
I used to have thick curly hair . I didn't have any changes in my diet . But yes I have been in stress from a long time now. I can see subtle changes on my face, my skin has become more dull .. I feel muscle tension on my jaws. I have started doing meditation and all but it seem to be not working and it would be helpful if I could get some guidance or medication for my hair thinning.
